Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect upon arrival?
You will be asked to fill in a consultation form and then a detailed case history will be taken. Details of your GP will be required, along with any relevant medical information. you will then be assessed and your elected treatment will begin.
How long will treatment last?
Each session will last up to 30 minutes. The number of treatments recommended will depend on your condition. You will be told on your first visit how many treatments you will probably require.
Will treatment hurt?
Some treatments can be uncomfortable but any discomfort is kept to a minimum.
How do I know the treatment will help me?
Treatment will normally produce some immediate pain relief and improved joint mobility and function.
The Park Sports Injury Clinic operates a discount scheme for sports clubs with no registration fee. We are always happy to advise sports clubs on injury prevention, warm up exercise regimes, stretching programmes and nutrition.
